Premium Service Contract

Kenrich Mechanical, Inc. offers service contracts to residents in the Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester counties.

Kenrich Mechanical, Inc. will inspect your heating and/or air conditioning equipment before the start of each season. All work will be performed by a trained and qualified employee of Kenrich Mechanical, Inc. during our normal business hours of 8am to 5pm. Premium service agreements cover most parts and labor charges over the course of a year.

  • Your Fall Inspection will Include:
    1. Clean burner (Gas only)
    2. Clean or replace air filters
    3. Check operation of all controls
    4. Check calibration of thermostats
    5. Oil and lube all motors and pulleys
    6. Inspect gas pipe for any leaks
    7. Check belts for excessive wear
    8. Change oil filter (oil furnace only)
    9. Clean and adjust oil burner
    10. Clean Blower wheel
    11. Check furnace for cracked heat exchanger
    12. Check flue pipe for corrosion
    13. Check gas pressure at gas valve
    14. Check humidifier operation (water panel not included) Available for $15
    15. Check and clean electronic air cleaner
    16. Check Space-Gard air filters (Filter cartridge not included) Available for $40
    17. Carbon monoxide check
    18. Start and check system operation
  • Your Spring Inspection will Include:
    1. Inspect outdoor fan blade
    2. Clean or replace air filter
    3. Clean condenser coil
    4. Straighten condenser fins
    5. Check refrigerant charge to system
    6. Oil motor (if applicable)
    7. Check wiring
    8. Clean condensate lines
    9. Clean operation of condensate pump
    10. Check and clean evaporator coil
    11. Clean and check blower wheel
    12. Check all safeties and controls
    13. Check operation of compressor
    14. Check voltage and amp draw of equipment
    15. Check all capacitors
    16. All refrigerant will be handled in compliance with the law

The following services or parts are not covered under either service contract:
-Turning on switches and/or circuit breakers
-Improperly set thermostats
-Lighting pilots that have blown out
-Blower door ajar
-Air balancing/Duct cleaning
– Compressors out of manufacturer warranty
-Evaporator and condenser coils out of manufacturer warranty
– Variable speed motors outside manufacturer warranty
– Heat exchanger replacements
– Labor and equipment for system replacements
-Inifity controls and circuit boards out of manufacturer warranty
– Geothermal field loop not included under contract

Cost
Cost is determined on equipment and number of zones per street address. Contracts are valid for one full year from startup date, and the customer will be sent a renewal form one month prior to expiration. Premium Contracts start as low as $370 per year. Kenrich Mechanical, Inc. reserves the right to reject any agreement upon visual inspection of the system prior to agreement. All equipment over two years old or not installed by Kenrich Mechanical, Inc. will require inspection prior to accepting the contract. Please call to schedule an inspection.
